Werner Teske

- Comment: Hook improvements welcome as always. Leipzig Prison is also an accepted DYK. Please don't run them in the same set without combining the hooks (I'm happy for them to run separately but both are OK for me).

- Hi Kusma, review follows; article promoted to GA on 6 October; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources (mostly in German); I didn't spot any overly close paraphrasing issues from the English language sources; hooks are interesting, mentioned in the article and check out (by Google Translate) to the sources cited; a QPQ has been carried out.
