Change of transitions betwen region and department

Dear wikipedian, The transition from "île-de-France" to "Ile de france" and back make no sense as "Hauts de Seine" is included inside "Ile de france". I suggest to make the following change : - the transition between stations "Pont de sevre" and station "St cloud" by a transition Val-de-Marne to Hauts-de-Seine; - the transition between stations "St Denis" and "Stade de france" by a transition "Hauts-de-Seine" to Seine-Saint-Denis; - add a transition between stations "Rosny-Bois-Perrie" and "Fontenay-sous-Bois"
