Recorded on February 17 (#6), February 18 (#3, 5) and May 17, 1965 (#1, 2, 4). Track #7 recorded live at the Village Gate, New York City on March 28, 1965. A brief passage of applause has been crudely spliced onto the end of this track.[5]
