Carl (formerly known as Carl's Pissed) is an online series on Adult Swim's online video on demand service, Adult Swim Video. Carl is hosted by Carl Brutananadilewski, a fictional animated character from Adult Swim's popular television series, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, later known as Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1. Carl debuted on October 19, 2007.
Each episode features Carl ranting on about his comments and feelings on sports, among other topics, and also features his "Stone Cold Lock of the Century of the Week", where he talks about current issues in the NFL, such as the Brett Favre scandal, and the NFL's latest decision about helmet-to-helmet tackles, and picks the winner in an upcoming game that he has something to say about, such as the Week 6 matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys.
Carl first debuted on Adult Swim's online video on demand service, Adult Swim Video on October 19, 2007. Carl was originally titled Carl's Pissed in 2007 until early 2009, but was changed to Carl's Stone Cold Lock of the Century of the Week (often abbreviated to Carl). As of 2008 episodes of Carl's Stone Cold Lock of the Century of the Week have been featured as segments on The Scott Van Pelt Show[1]
All episodes of Carl's Stone Cold Lock of the Century of the Week from 2007 and 2008, were released as a special feature on the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Volume Six DVD boxset[2] on December 16, 2008.
