Kshitij Prasad also formally known as Kshitij Ravi Prasad is an Indian film Producer, Director and Actor. Born in Allahabad to an Army family, He came to Mumbai to pursue his filming from Whistling Woods International, Mumbai. Apart from his directorial work, He is known for his work as an Executive Producer with Balaji Motion Pictures and is currently involved in Projects with Dharma Productions and Netflix.
Prasad, after establishing a production company named Spark Kreation, made his directorial debut with a number of Indian and international Commercials. Spark Kreation Produced their first feature film in 2018 named Jamun. Spark Kreation is now involved in Production for a number of feature films and Web Series with many Established Film companies.[1]
Early & Personal life
[edit]Kshitij Prasad was born in Allahbad, India to Colonel Ravi Prasad, of the Indian Army and Sangeeta Prasad. He studied at the multiple High Schools and Senior Schools due to his father's postings/transfers to various cities across India. He received a Diploma from Whistling Woods International, Mumbai
Prasad started his career in entertainment industry as an actor, he worked in a few Indian commercials and advertisements. As a child, he was influenced by commercial Indian cinema with the help of his mother who established Spark Kreation in early 2007 to produce various commercials and Documentaries for the Indian Army.
In February 2020, Kshitij got married to his high school friend Pragya Kain.
Marriage and children
[edit]Kshitij married his high school friend Pragya Kain, on 20th February 2020. Kshitij and Pragya had been together since high school and have been living together in Mumbai since 2016, before which Pragya was pursuing her education from National Institute of Design. They both met in New Delhi during their high school and have been together since.
