Guinness World Records holder Tabla Bisharod Pandit Sudarshan Das have been achievements Longest Dhol Marathon- 27 hours 0 mints 0 second & Longest Hand Marathon Tabla - 557 hours 11 mints 0 seconds on 2016 Tabla (November to December ) & 2017 Dhol (June). Pandit Sudarshan Das is a renowned Tabla Maestro of Thames Gharana. He started his Tabla training from Sri Shyamal Dutta Chittagong age five then he went India admitted Shantiniketan Rabindra Nath Tagore pandit Bijon chatterjee age 11 (eleven). His father and mother, was also a vocalist and instrumentalist trained all his son with great punctuality.
Everyday, they had to "riyaz" in morning, afternoon and might seeing his great devotion towards music. Sri Sudarshan Das accepted Pandit as his disciple.
Awarded
He has given various solo as well as accompanist. He has accompanied with best Artist of the World. He got InternationalTabla competition's India ministry culture and Arts Awarded 2008. He had first Gold medal Competition's SAARCsummit in Bangladesh 1990.
In 1990, he received has first Gold Medel prize i the International Collegiate Oriental Music Competitions. In 1992 and 1994 he received 2 (Two) Gold Medels in Dhaka. His career began at the age of 20, with a televised concert which was broadcasted by the All India Doordarshan TV. Sri Sudarshan Das got the Tabla Diploma Shantiniketan in Bolpur India.
The India Ministry and Arts has Awarded him with the 2nd Prize in Bengaluru in India2008. Pandit Sudarshan Das has performed at International Concerts all over the World.
In Britain he received first The Sun-2007 Newham Recorder- 2017 The Telegraph-2014 East end life-2013 newspapers awarded Asian music at present.

In Britain he performed at over 1000 Concerts, including on the BBC Channel 4 Sky TV & Phonix Television Brazil. He is performance in Royal Albert Hall 02 Arena Royal Festive Hall and participation in renowned award programs held in Britain with celebrities signify the international recognition that he has been bestowed with. Following the passion he is currently teaching the Tabla playing in Primary and Secondary Schools in London,elevating the positions of the instrument in the English Curriculum. He has not only own heats of Indian audience but also performed in Various Concerts Austria, Denmark, Rome, Madrid, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, United State, Canada, Norway and many more countries. Presently his is involved in may institutions of England & Walsh which give the knowledge of Indian Classical Music. He has trained may students in Tabla Dhol Academy London kenterbury kings college Cardiff music Academy, Langdon park School, Tower hamlets Music Council, Newham Music Council, Langdon Academy, Redbridge Council London etc and many more school and college students take him as their idol in the field of music.

Pandit Sudarshan Das was born in Chittagong his first school Municipal Model high School in Chittagong, first Tabla class Alluddin Lalitkala Academy teachers with Sri Shyamal Dutta, 2nd Tabla Course in Nikil Bharat Sangeet Niketon India Kolkatta, 3rd Tabla Course Shantiniketan bolpur India then he went London music course with Trinity College London Greenwich university and he got another awarded for Law Degree University of Wolverhampton and Barrister BPP Law School of college London, now a days he is teaching full time England Secondary School & University and Principal of Tabla Dhol Academy London.

Pandit Sudarshan Das established own Tabla Gharana 2006 Thames Gharana and made his dedicated his mother name BULBUL Ragga (2012) with Tintal and make his another ragga for Jhaptal Kalabati Ragga(2013).
