Information icon Hello, I'm Nick Levine. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Bert Newton, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! 07:32, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Syd Heylen has been reverted.
Your edit here to Syd Heylen was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline (see also this list of frequently-discussed sources). The reference(s) you added or changed (https://discogs.com/master/1777313-Syd-Heylen-Cookie) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 16:55, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.

Information icon Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. —- this applies to all those of your edits which I have reviewed. Thanks. Nick Levine (talk) 18:15, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Nevermind, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop making this edit. The infant is under water, not underground, who says it is one of the most controversial covers? Meters (talk) 21:03, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hello, I'm Melmann. I noticed that in this edit to List of American supercentenarians, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Melmann 09:25, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your editing

[edit]

Unfortunately your editing, although well-intentioned, is riddled with style and formatting mistakes. You are definitely not improving articles if you repeatedly add multiple problems to articles that then require fixing by other editors. If you are reverted you should take notice of the problems with your editing and try to improve them. Otherwise you are just wasting everyone's time and energy, including your own.Afterwriting (talk) 00:17, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You apparently want to be blocked from editing. Your editing is NOT ACCEPTABLE so stop your edit warring and improve it. Afterwriting (talk) 00:38, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
All you've managed to do is repeatedly waste time with your constant inadequate editing which is absolutely riddled with style and formatting mistakes as well as spelling and grammatical ones. I tried to help you but your edit warring behaviour has been a complete disgrace. Afterwriting (talk) 02:11, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring on Kenn Brodziak and Glenn Wheatley

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kenn Brodziak. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Manticore 00:55, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
