Dear 103.58.74.10. I understand that you wish to have a link to an article about Akash Murphy, but as long as there is no such article, there is nothing to link to. The whole point of a page like Murphy, is to lead the readers to the person they are interested in, by linking them to an article with more information. In the case of Akash Murphy, I see that you have made a miniature draft article at Draft:Akash Murphy. If and when that draft has been expanded to a properly sourced article, it will be the time to make a linking. Without an article, the name will just stand out in red, and if you try to click the link, nothing will happen. So what is the point? To sum up: First the article, then the link.
