- Canley, I don't know what you were looking at, but the block was on this range. This is a user who has, for months if not for years, been doing this kind of shit (see User talk:119.18.2.245), so I'd appreciate it if you restored the block. 99of9, I don't know what's going on with your new user, but they can create a user account from some other range, maybe--or, if this was enough time for them to do so, they will not be bothered by a block on the IP range.
