I am both new to this place I live in and to Wikipedia. I used to live overseas and I have not even began to write or edit a single article, and I have no recollection of deleting any articles. If I deleted something on Wikipedia, I can only think of one reason. I may have used that article to practice using Wikipedia and gave up without putting back what I took. I am a complete beginner learning the ways how to use Wikipedia. Now that I have the time, I intend to contribute to Wikipedia. This IP address falls within a range blocked to protect Wikipedia from an abusive user or users. Though it does affect innocent people, it is necessary to protect Wikipedia. If you know nothing about any inappropriate edits, then you are not the target of the block.
