The Title 'Great'

[edit]

When is someone or something defined as great? For example:

Peter The Great Catherine The Great The Great Barrier Reef The Great Ocean Road The Great Dividing Range

How? Why?

So, why isn't Julius Caesar or Golda Meir or Ghandi referred to as great?

Please help me with...

Short answer: there ain't no logic to it. Longer answer: see List of people known as The Great. JohnCD (talk) 22:38, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
