Orkhon University page
[edit]Kethrus, I started a page for Orkhon University in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, prior to setting up a Wikipedia account. The page was not published and I received a message telling me it was because the page was not adequately referenced. I tried to go back to the page a few days later and improve the references and I could not find it any more. Now I've opened a Wikipedia account and I'd like to take a more active role in Wikipedia but I would also like to complete the Orkhon University page that I started. Any suggestions on how I might find what happened to it? Should I just start rebuilding it from scratch? 54Whisper (talk) 19:46, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
- @54Whisper: Was it in the Draft or the article (no prefix) namespace? If it was improperly sourced it could have been speedy deleted if it was in the article namespace. Another way of finding it if it may still be there if you were an anonymous user (IP user), you could take a look at the contributions of your IP (this will work especially well if your IP is static). - Update: Hi, 54Whisper. There seems to be a draft page of Orkhon University here, but it doesn't look like it's been touched for months. This may be why your article was removed because of it already existing elsewhere. --I am Kethrus Talk to me! 20:55, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
Kethrus, I found it and have edited and resubmitted. Thank you for your help. 54Whisper (talk) 21:22, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
