Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 69.204.103.219. Not only am I 100% sure that I'm not a web host provider, I still don't know what that is even after looking it up. I've never even heard the term before today. Also in spite of multiple accusations of disruptive editing, I have neither vandalized nor added false or unverifiable information to any Wikipedia page EVER. The burden of proof here is entirely on the website's moderators. I know Wikipedia isn't supposed to be used as a "reliable source" for academic information but you could at least try not to ban people that want to make it better.

Decline reason:

Your IP is not directly blocked, so the warnings below have nothing to do with it. Since I can't find anything about how this IP came to be blocked, I can't do anything to unblock except to advise you to go WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there. Or create an account; it doesn't look like you'd be blocked from doing that.
