After review, I believe that you are correct in saying Democratic Collective Centralism is a possible hoax, so I have since proposed it for deletion. The issue with your edits was that you decided to deface the page as opposed to trying to find the right process to get this removed from Wikipedia. I would be willing to unblock you if you agree not to make the edits you made again, especially in light of the fact that the page is now proposed for deletion.
