[edit]Hello, I'm Meticulo. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Swedish slave trade, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Meticulo (talk) 15:18, 28 July 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Peaceray. Your recent edit(s) to the page Viking Age in Estonia appear to have added incorrect information, so they have been reverted for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Eric Anundsson lived much later than the period being described in the paragraph. Please do not edit other user's comments
[edit]Hello, please do not edit other user's comments, as you did on Talk:Consolidation of Sweden. Editing another user's comments, whether you agree with them or not, is considered disruptive. If you have something meaningful to add to the discussion, reply below their comments rather than edit what they stated. --PerpetuityGrat (talk) 22:08, 9 November 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from using talk pages such as Talk:CANZUK for general discussion of the topic or other unrelated topics. They are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways, based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines; they are not for use as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. [edit]This is to someone using this IP address who has made several lengthy edits to Anund Jacob which are not acceptable. This is English Wikipedia so we must write article text in English that is correct enough for people to understand what we mean. You're not doing that ("It stands ... etc etc etc). We also need to provide reliable sources for all our additions. I am removing what you did again. If you wish to add anything to an article, first of all have someone check your English so that it is comprehensible, and then also source each entry you make. Content of an article is discussed on the article's talk page. Please use it if you feel the need to. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 22:52, 23 December 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! TylerBurden (talk) 16:57, 8 February 2022 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Battle of Fýrisvellir, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. - The key is really to leave an edit summary, and if an edit is challenged, to explain on the article talk page what the issue is. As you say, the Polish chronicle may or may not turn out to be accepted as a genuine source – there is no particular reason to assume that it isn't genuine, but we're just not there yet. Since the article placed quite a lot of emphasis on it, I cut down that text a bit. We try to avoid disclaimers such as the one you placed in the article. --bonadea contributions talk 18:39, 14 February 2022 (UTC)
