Information icon Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Sinking of the RMS Titanic. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. © Tbhotch (en-3). 23:33, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Behind These Hazel Eyes, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. (CC) Tbhotch 04:04, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Reason (Hoobastank song). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You keep adding charts that the song did not appear on and charts that are in violation of WP:USCHARTS. Your edits are starting to become disruptive, and if you continue this behavior, I'll have to report you to WP:ANI. ResPM come to my window 01:50, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to The Reason (Hoobastank song), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Ahmetlii (talk) 15:03, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

April 2021

[edit]

Information icon Please double-check your sources on The Reason (Hoobastank song). I have reverted your recent edit because the links you provided did not prove the information you introduced. Please also stop adding the US Digital Songs chart; as per WP:USCHARTS, you should not add this chart if a song appeared on the Hot 100. Now that you have been informed of these mistakes, if you re-add any of these charts without a proper citation, I will treat this as disruptive editing and not hesitate to report you to WP:ANI again. I'm not going to go away. ResPM (T🔈 🎵C) 20:57, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at The Reason (Hoobastank song), you may be blocked from editing. I hope you're having fun. Next time, I'm reporting you. Please double-check your sources. Unless, of course, you're doing this just to annoy me. Sorry to disappoint, but it's not working :). ResPM (T🔈 🎵C) 00:46, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop merging chart tables that are years apart

[edit]

I have noticed that on a lot of articles about songs or singles you have merged the chart tables for different years. Please note that you are not supposed to do this as per the Wikipedia rules here: Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Record charts#Original (manual) chart format which clearly says that "Albums and singles which peak on different charts during different years are formatted with the charts for the more recent year(s) in a separate table below the earlier table(s):" and gives an example.QuintusPetillius (talk) 20:31, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
