Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Stock market. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1][2] MrOllie (talk) 22:27, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There was no promotion of any kind and both links were part of an updated section that improved upon what was there previously. My behavior and track record on Wikipedia has always been to enhance the content I’ve never made it a collection of links. AdamLawrence212 (talk) 22:36, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Substituting your blog site for a top tier source like the world bank is in no way an improvement. - MrOllie (talk) 22:50, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

World bank’s site was outdated for that content we have writers that found accurate and up to date info that wasn’t 6 months old.

Just because we haven’t been around as long as world bank doesn’t mean this is some poorly managed sub par content site. There are real writers and people doing research. We all start somewhere.

As for PennyStocks.com it’s is distributed on marketwatch, google news, yahoo finance, benzinga and others and not pay for play real distributions. We have partnerships with Quote Media and receive 4m unique page views per day. And the link has been the 1st citation on the penny stocks wiki for months and definitely added to the quality of that page.

Other citations on that page include dead links and links to sites that are straight promotional.

If you want to keep stockmarket.com off until we can prove our credibility that’s fine. It’s new and nowhere as established as pennystocks.com. I will adhere to your request and mention on the talk page and continue to populate the site with quality content. But pennystocks.com did not deserve to be taken off...

I get you must deal with an astronomical amount of people trying to spam etc... but I am not. I’m genuinely trying to help build quality content here within the niche’s I know about. AdamLawrence212 (talk) 23:07, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

receive 4m unique page views per month... not day. AdamLawrence212 (talk) 23:08, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, so I can mention this within the TALK page of the Penny Stock page? If so in what context? AdamLawrence212 (talk) 12:01, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
