Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Ryan Pfluger, you may be blocked from editing. Moving this article from draft space to article space as a paid editor. The declaration on the user page does not excuse from the other restrictions on paid editing, including that the paid editor should not edit directly in article space or move an article into article space.
