Ohio county
[edit]Can you check fi:Loganin piirikunta (Ohio)? Nyttend (talk) 16:32, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- Seems fine to me. I shall expand it soon.Arla (talk) 17:04, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks! I simply took the Mahoning County article that you created and copy/pasted data to get the Logan County article: thus the bit about Bellefontaine that you had to fix. Nyttend (talk) 12:38, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
Today's featured article
[edit]I saw that today's Finnish featured article is Marsalkka Mannerheimin ratsastajapatsas (Helsinki), which has an impressive picture of the statue at the top. Can you tell me whether the license is similar to any of the ones English uses? Nyttend (talk) 12:38, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- I think it's fair use so you can use it in articles directly related to the statue of marshal Mannerheim. Any other use is forbidden.
Another counties thing
[edit]I don't know if you've noticed, but many Ohio counties have pictures of their courthouses on Commons. Does fi:wikipedia have a policy about using pictures, whether supporting it or opposing it, in contexts such as the picture of the Morgan County courthouse on that article? Nyttend (talk) 13:13, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
- It is recommended to have at least one picture per article. Yes, I have planned adding pics later.--Arla (talk) 17:53, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
- Congratulations for finishing all 88 counties! Nyttend (talk) 13:39, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
- Since you say that it's good to have at least one picture, I'm adding some pictures. Could you fix the captions if I make mistakes? Nyttend (talk) 13:42, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
- Congratulations for finishing all 88 counties! Nyttend (talk) 13:39, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit]I was trying to work on a compromise, to include what was factual (written by someone who was obviously pretty upset, likely a new CFJ victim) while removing what obviously didn't fit BIO policy. Finnish language sources
[edit]Hello. Could you please take a look at Talk:Badoo#Spam_2. There has been a discussion for a long time about the website Badoo and whether or not it is a spam site. There has not been a source found for over a year to support the claim until now. An editor has found a finnish newspaper that may have credible information. Would you be willing to take a look at the proposed sources and offer suggestions to improving the article?--v/r - TP 01:48, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
- Hi. I never got around to thank you for reviewing the source. I appreciate you taking the time to read it and make a few changes.--v/r - TP 01:10, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
Translator needed
[edit]Hi Arla, I've found you via WP:Translation. Could you please have a look at Hobitit and the equivalent at fi.wikipedia? I've managed to extract some list data from the Finnish version but help with the prose text would be appreciated. So if you could spare some time please try to expand the English article with some translated text. De728631 (talk) 20:55, 28 November 2012 (UTC)

Hi Arla, nice work on your new article. Just to note, there were several instances where the definite article, "the", was omitted - I've fixed those now. Just something to watch for the future.

- Hi there! Thank you for contributing articles on more recent RPG supplements. :) One advantage for topics published within the last decade or so is that there has been increasing coverage online in reliable sources. If you get a chance, please look for more sources for this book and try resubmitting! Hopefully you can get it published. :) BOZ (talk) 20:04, 12 March 2024 (UTC)
RPG supplements
[edit]Hi there! :) If you are interested in starting more articles on RPG supplements and adventures, I have many reviews listed at User:BOZ/RPG reviews noticeboard that you can feel free to use as a starting point. :) BOZ (talk) 19:12, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- Hi :) More articles will follow, I'm sure of that. I'm wondering is it better to name articles e.g. Armory (Starfinder) instead of Starfinder Armory as first option is aligns better with D&D articles. What do you think? --Arla (talk) 14:09, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- It's best to go with the actual title of the book, and if you need disambiguation then add the parenthetical note. So if the book for example is actually titled "Starfinder Armory" then you would use Starfinder Armory, but if the book is simply titled "Armory" then you would use Armory (Starfinder). If you have a more unique title that does not require disambiguation (such as "Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes") then you can just use that name as the title of the article. BOZ (talk) 15:31, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
- Also I'm curious about Category:Role-playing game supplements by year -categories, which are currently not in the year-categories where they should be. Since these may have articles on dice sets and GM screens, would it be better to place them in works-categories rather than books? --Arla (talk) 13:28, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
Horror Adventures moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Horror Adventures. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and a link to a blog and the publisher's website is not sufficient sourcing. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Hey man im josh (talk) 15:34, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
