It seems that Duran's notability is that of CEO of Devil Dog USA. Using Wikipedia's understanding of "notability", is Devil Dog USA itself "notable"? (In order to determine this, see WP:NORG.) If it is, then create an draft about it. A draft about Devil Dog USA could be started afresh, or (probably better) it could be created by radically editing this draft and retitling the result. (Retitling is called "moving". Look around this page for a "Move" option.)
