NBA signings

Well, no, the Raptors still have to announce it. Dwight Howard said he was joining Houston on Twitter over a week before he was officially signed. (Indeed, the Rockets were fined for talking about Howard because he wasn't officially signed at the time.) Players have to take physicals, and there is paperwork to be sorted out.
