Why did you change the date formats? "dmy" dates are used for articles on UK topics, and are also (a) specified in the "Use dmy dates" template and (b) the established style in the article. Please use edit summaries to explain your edits. I've reverted you. PamD 06:22, 26 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

So sorry. I accessed the page through a slightly different pathway (accessed the editor via the section level in mobile) that did not include a template description; thus, I was unaware that a specification existed. Furthermore, I wasn't aware that dmy was the UK format and missed that style in the article. I am newish to Wikipedia editing, so I am glad to learn the ropes from more experienced users.
As an aside, next time you correct a user, I would recommend saying "I've reverted your edits" instead of "I've reverted you." It's only one word different, but it would help your really useful advice (pay attention to date formats in the template description) come across more gently.
