Freddie and the Dreamers[edit]

Hi, I'd been meaning to add to the Freddie and the Dreamers "You Were Made for Me" article that you created before it was moved to draft. Do you mind if I edit the draft and re-submit it? DPUH (talk) 13:36, 1 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Go ahead. Sorry for the few days-late reply. Benfskye1 (talk) 14:38, 4 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No worries, thanks DPUH (talk) 11:00, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

October 2022[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Masked Dancer (British series 2). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Magitroopa (talk) 07:27, 9 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I do apologise. The section for Episode 6 is still missing, and details for that must be added at some point. You see, I didn’t even watch the show so I’ve no idea what dance styles the contestants did, etc. Benfskye1 (talk) 07:29, 9 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Use of reference templates[edit]

Hi @Benfskye1,

Thank you for your edits to British Rail Class 66. I did notice however that the reference provided was inserted as a bare URL - such references are subject to link rot, and because of this templates, such as Cite Web exist. Please try and make use of these templates when adding references to articles.

Once again, thank you for your contibutions. Danners430 (talk) 09:11, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Christmas with Cliff moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Christmas with Cliff, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.

While this is most likely to be notable, more work must be done on the article before it is published in the mainspace. Thank you. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 17:32, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don’t really know how to manage drafted articles but I just wanted to create the article as nobody else did.

I’m sure everything will be sorted soon such as citations and more info on the article’s subject. Benfskye1 (talk) 17:39, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Queen's Guide[edit]

According to The Queen’s Guide award is the highest award you can work towards in guiding the Queen's Guide does not seem to have change the name to King's Guide. Do you have a source that shows they have changed? CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 19:49, 17 December 2022 (UTC)][reply]

No. I do not have a source at all. I changed the title of the article to make up to date as Charles is the King. Benfskye1 (talk) 20:02, 17 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sydney Devine[edit]

If you have contributions to make then that's super; please engage at the Talk page instead of hurling abuse, however. And assume good faith. I have improved the article considerably and explained my changes at the Talk page. You are free to revert, but please do so in a way which accords with Wikipedia policies and actually improves the article. Please do not make absurd claims or they will naturally have to be reverted or improved in short order. Please behave with respect to other editors. All the best, Emmentalist (talk) 20:59, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You have again removed a sourced detail from the Sydney Devine article. The source is the London Times newspaper and is manifestly sound. See WP:reliablesources. Please discuss at the Talk page before making alterations in this way, and indeed before making wild allegations which neither make sense nor assume good faith. All the best.Emmentalist (talk) 14:01, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I know, I have not removed any sources. I noticed you once again added very stupid and very nonsensical details about the fact that Sydney Devine encountered the ghost of Elvis. He may have performed in front of him which is true, but not the ghost encounter. Please refrain from adding these details then I won’t have to remove such edits every so often. Benfskye1 (talk) 14:27, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop being abusive. I will say this only one more time. The claim that Sydney Devine appeared in front of Elvis can only be given the same status as his claim that he met Elvis' ghost. They are both reportable, and reported, as simply his own claims: They are in the same acceptable source. If one is included then the other should be. They are both true insofar as they are reports, in the same source, as claims of Sydney Devine. All the best, Emmentalist (talk) 21:59, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oh very well. I was honestly not being abusive and I might as well leave it as that. Benfskye1 (talk) 22:00, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wilko[edit]

Wilko is still trading, it hasn't been disestablished yet. Therefore the categories added here were incorrect and speculative. Joseph2302 (talk) 10:59, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As you know, the company is in administration, and if it does stop trading eventually, the categories would have to be added back in, once that has been confirmed. Benfskye1 (talk) 11:42, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, and that would be the correct time to add them. Right now, it's speculation, until if/when it's actually confirmed that they cease trading. Joseph2302 (talk) 12:09, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
