Sections should be presented in "Sentence case", not "Title Case". Note the difference in capitalization. Secondly, "Situation Comedies", even if capitalized properly, is not a standard heading. "Sitcoms" is a perfectly normal word to use. Thirdly, if your edits are reverted, click the link at the top of the article labeled "View history" to find out why, so you can modify your content to align with community norms and expectations. If you resubmit without fixing the issues or adequately explaining your edits, it will be considered disruptive. Wikipedia is a community project, so it is presumed that you are capable of communicating constructively to achieve some sort of collaborative understanding with other editors. So my note doesn't doesn't seem entirely arbitrary, here are a few examples of similar "List of programs" articles in case they might help you: List of television programmes broadcast by the BBC, List of programs broadcast by NBC, List of programs broadcast by American Broadcasting Company.
