Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

I'm not sure what you are asking for, as I simply followed the format of all the other Messianic Bible translations with a link to the website (as the others do). This Messianic translation has been in print for two years now and continues to be published, and believe the only reason this edit is continuaosly being removed is that it is a free Messianic translation, which threatens those who are making a profit off their translations. Could you pleas clarify what needs to be done to keep this Bible listed amonst the other Messianic Bibles. Thank you so much.

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. You need to provide an independent reliable secondary source that mentions HalleluYah Scriptures and describes it as a Messianic bible translation and indicates that it is at least minimally noteworthy. I see you have added it back again. It is at risk of being removed again. You need to stop adding it back in again until you can provide an independent reliable secondary source as described. Continually adding it back without discussion or addressing the concerns raised is called edit-warring and it can get you blocked. Please stop doing it. Zad68 03:53, 12 November 2012 (UTC)

A person has done a professioina video on the translation and over 36,000 have been printed and shipped around the world. What else do you need. There is many of us around the world that think this is important as it is free. Can you let me know how to add this link. Can you give examples - here are the other people who have listed and not one of them as any backing or references or independent or reliable source. The video above has mention Jerusalem Universarty checking the translation out and agreed it was the purest and closest to the Hebrew than any other version in English. Adding to what Malik said: One entry in the list, Stern's Complete Jewish Bible, is discussed in a book by Bruce Metzger. Here is a link to the entry: link. In this entry, the translation is mentioned, and Metzger describes the target audience for the translation as "Messianic Jews." So, this is a good example of an independent (Metzger is not associated with Stern), reliable secondary source (it's a source analyzing the translation), and it identifies the translation and says it is for Messianic Jews. This is what you need to find. Some of the other entries in the list do not have this and honestly those are problems too, they also need sources. Zad68 04:53, 12 November 2012 (UTC)

This is what I did. Also having the Father and His Son's Name in Paleo Hebrew is a very good indication it is Messianic, it has more Hebrew words in the translation that no other version has. It is all over the HalleluYah Scritpures web site and only Messianic's order the edition. ISR does not have any references and neither does the Aramaic edition. It is stated on the HS site that it is a Messianic bible. Can you let me know what these two people did that is different. Thank you so much for your help.

I am a Messianic Jew and so are many that I fellowship with around the world. We use this bible. There is many web sites that has this bible on there and they are Messianic. OK I am glad that you seem to be getting at least part of the message--that you need to provide a source that describes the translation as Messianic. However, the YouTube video isn't acceptable. It appears to be an advertisement for the translation, and so would not be independent. Also, the creator of the video cannot be confirmed to be a reliable source. WatchAlan appears to be a guitarist, and does not appear to have any credentials as an academic religious scholar. In contrast, Bruce Metzger was a Ph.D. from Princeton University. I'd say that in that list of 4 named translations, only Stern has a sufficient source. The other three do not have independent reliable secondary sourcing, and someone should find sources for them before they are challenged and removed--all three could be removed at this point as unsourced. One is entirely unsourced, the other are sourced only to the websites selling the books, and that is not satisfactory sourcing by Wikipedia standards. My only involvement here is from preventing a list of poorly-sourced items from getting any larger, and trying to prevent the current problem with WP:NOT#DIRECTORY from getting any worse. Hi Bringshalom, I see you reverted again. You really need to start using edit summaries and explaining what you are doing and why. If you do so, other editors might see you have a good reason for your edits and not revert them. It's always best to have good communication... without an explanation why you removed those Bibles again, Pete (or someone else) could very well put them back, and you'll find you have wasted some time! Not sure what you mean by this. Another person said that all those listings need to come off as they do not have references like the one I put so only fair that they come down. It is not fair if all can be put up when the listing I put up was removed. Thank you
