You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Gayathris, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Escape Orbit (Talk) 20:52, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Exquisite Sarees (Sari) and Blouses (Choli) from gayathris, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Exquisite Saree (Sari) and Blouse Collection. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 22:07, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you.

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Sari with this edit. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. I truly don't understand[edit]

{{Help me}} My article is being deleted. First time on Wikipedia writing an article. I was thinking some machine was auto-deleting and not human (and therefore my reattempt at submitting the articles multiple times). We are driven by a purpose and we publicly state our purpose is a social cause. I am writing that on the article itself. We are trying to increase awareness about our mission (whether we promote or not by writing about it). I am also being told by Wikipedia - "Objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable". Yet I don't know why my article is being deleted. I can remove ALL references other than the cause (don't even need a link to my site - will just mention who we are in plan text (not link) ). Will that be ok? Bvsat (talk) 22:44, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. If you read back what you've said you'll see it indicates the root cause of your problem. "We are trying to increase awareness about our mission". This shows a two key problems.
Other than that, to write a successful article you need to do two things;
  • Demonstrate it is notable. That means citing third parties discussing it. Preferable reliable sources. It is not enough for you to say "this is important". You need to demonstrate that other people think so too.
  • Describe everything neutrally. No advertising talk. No praise or opinions. You may think you are doing this, but because of your conflict of interest it can be very hard to do.
Hope this helps. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 23:49, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
