Charles_Joseph_Fletcher

I have a picture of Charles Joseph Fletcher, it was taken June 25th, at an inventor meeting. I want to upload but have no access. How do i get it to you guys?

Wikipedia:Uploading_images should provide all the information that you need. If yours is a very new account then you may not be able to upload. in which case you can submit a request at Wikipedia:Images_for_upload. If the image in question is one that you have taken, please consider uploading it to Commons so that it is available for use on all Wikimedia projects.
