Ways to improve The PJ Livesey Group

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Thanks for the article. Though, articles about developers and companies on Wikipedia need to meet WP:NCORP. This requires multiple independent, reliable, secondary sources that are non-trivial. However, currently there are lots of sources, but either they are trivial mentions, short few sentences coverage quoting from the developer with little direct independent commentary, or standard notices/routine announcements on housing schemes and purchases that fall under as per WP:CORPDEPTH as examples of trivial coverage. I also found mainly trivial mentions and routine announcements, but can you find more sources? If so, could you link those on the talk page? Thanks and welcome!
