Welcome[edit]

Hi Cguibas and welcome to Wikipedia! I've written some advice for past students in your class at Longy School of Music which you might find helpful. You'll find it here. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page (User talk:Voceditenore), or place {{helpme}} here on your talk page, ask your question, and another editor will come along to help. You might also be interested in WikiProject Classical music, WikiProject Composers, and WikiProject Opera. They have various guidelines for articles in this area and talk pages where you can ask advice from editors experienced in writing articles on classical music and related subjects. You'll find these guides particularly useful: WikiProject Composers: Guide to online research and WikiProject Composers: Copyright guidelines. The Teahouse[edit]

Hi. Me again. I wanted to let you know about another resource for beginners—Wikipedia's Teahouse. It's a place providing great support for new editors. You can ask questions (no question is too basic) and get helpful answers and advice from experienced editors. Best wishes, Voceditenore (talk) 15:12, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I got your message on my talk page, but it appears your article hasn't been taken down. I see that you created the article on Wikipedia itself but had previously also created one in your sandbox, asked for a review, and another editor moved that copy to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/The Solati Trio where it was rejected. It is normal procedure to move articles out of sandboxes when editors ask for an AfC review but that's what's is causing the confusion. Anyhow, since it's in regular article space, all further editing and improvements should be made at The Solati Trio. Just ignore the Articles for Creation page. As to how to incorporate your newspaper sources, I suggest simply using them to corroborate their performances and any other facts about them, rather than just attaching a series of "praise quotes" to the article. One or two can be used in a "Critical reception" section, but there should be a balanced view of the performance. It's fine to use newspaper clippings that aren't online, but you need to include the full bibliographic information: Author, date of publication, name of publication, and page number. Hope that helps. Best, Voceditenore (talk) 17:25, 16 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Cguibas. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "The Solati Trio".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/The Solati Trio}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. GamerPro64 04:17, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
