Chauhan and caste sanctions[edit]

You have been repeatedly adding an unsourced statement to Chauhan, an article concerning an Indian caste/community. It would be helpful if you applied our policies regarding verifiability and read WP:Citing sources before yet again adding the claim that they are Gurjars. A look at our article on edit warring would also probably benefit you, since if you continue with your present course of contributions then you are likely to end up being blocked from editing. This is even more stringent for caste articles: the Wikipedia community has established some sanctions with regard to editing articles such as this one. I am now inserting the standard "warning" template that explains those sanctions. You would do well to heed them. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 16:37, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions.

By the way, I note that you are making the same fundamental errors, including the warring aspect, at Bhati and Paramara. I may have to trawl through all of your recent contributions in order to resolve these issues. - Sitush (talk) 16:41, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

October 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Sitush. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Prithviraj Chauhan, but you didn't provide a reliable source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 22:10, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
