Request reason:

I did not know what I was doing - I still thought I was in the sandbox. I apologize for what I did, and I will not do it again.

Decline reason:

I don't believe you; you wrote false edit summaries and made inappropriate edits to two different articles. I could believe one article was a mistake, but not two. Edit filters also stopped other attempts at inappropriate edits.
