You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Karuna-Shechen requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. noq (talk) 12:50, 3 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, there, sorry my poor experience, this is my first article in English (i did some in French). After i had a "speedy deletion" warning, which has been apparently removed after accepting my article, i now have a "content that is written like an advertisement" and a "needs additional citations for verification". I tried to correct it and did some modifications, I honestly don't see any advertisement like style now, and i added citations.... please can you help by telling me if it's ok ? if not please let me know more details about it. Thanx and sorry again for my inexperience .

Christophe

The article still needs work (it seems nothing on Wikipedia is so perfect it can't be improved) but the article is safe from deletion. It looks like you wrote this article first, then tried to find citations. It's always better to find the sources first, then summarize what they say. That way, everything in the article has a verifiable source.
Since you don't see the promotional tone in the article, I recommend that you leave improving that aspect up to other editors. Don't worry about the tags, they will guide other editors to this article to help fix it. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 18:54, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanx for your help, Jmcgnh.... ok i leave it to other editors. This article is a translation of an article in French, but i realised once i had the translation that it needed indeed some modifications and other sources, that's why as you say i did it in the wrong way, sorry about that. – Christophe 19:30, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Christophe! It didn't look too bad to me, but I gave it a light copy edit for encyclopedic tone (and removed the Advert template). I also put in some citation needed and not verified in body notes to point out where it could use an additional citation. For example, after quoting Le Temps there should be a citation to that article so people can verify it. When fully cited, this should probably be reassessed as a Start-class article. I hope this is of help. If you have any questions, you can reply to me here with {{ping|Reidgreg}} in your message. – Reidgreg (talk) 19:36, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Reidgreg, yes of course....how stupid, i forgot to put the citation of Le Temps.... :-( Ok so i just added it......concerning the "not verified in body", let me work on it..... Thanx so much for your help! Christophe 20:06, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again, Reidgreg....something also i was unable to do : how to put an image in the infobox ? i tried to copy and paste some elements of code of the French infobox concerning the picture or logo, but it didn't work... :-( Christophe 20:16, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Reidgreg....can you let me know if the article is ok now? i put a citation concerning the budget of the ngo in the body of the article.......thanks! Christophe 15:17, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, i'd like to know how to get rid of the "needs additional citations for verification" tag on my article on Karuna-Shechen in English..... can someone help me ? :-) Thanks! Christophe 09:15, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

See Help:Maintenance template removal#Specific template guidance for an overview on how to deal with this template. If you believe the article has sufficient sources but need a second opinion, feel free to replace the help me template asking for such an opinion. Regards SoWhy 13:55, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
