Gang Show Fixer-up-ing

[edit]

All I mainly did was delete about three-dozen Inappropriate capital Letters, and I only fixed one or 2 grammer errors, from memory. I'm not part of the show, but some of my family are, and I'll update the page when I hear something from them, that is if you don't get there first. --glasnt<3 03:37, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Cocktails

[edit]

Hello. As a professional bartender, you might be interested in the WikiProject Cocktails. It is a group of people at Wikipedia working together to improve the quality of information related to mixed drinks. Having more people participate who really know the topic from a professional point of view would be terrific. This is especially true since there seem to be questions that arise concerning drinks in Australia (the US and UK having more people chiming in). Please consider becoming an active Participant. Also, if you are interested, a name change is being considered for the WikiProject from Cocktails to Mixed Drinks, and you can add your opinions to the discussion and vote. I hope to see you around. --Willscrlt (Talk|Cntrb) 04:42, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for joining the WikiProject Cocktails / Mixed Drinks. I would appreciate your input at Wikipedia:WikiProject Cocktails/Templates/Proposals, especially the Infobox proposal. I think it would be a great way for you to get a little more involved if you have the time. Also, your input on the Style Guide, especially the measurements section, would be most appreciated. Thanks again, and see you around! --Willscrlt (Talk|Cntrb) 02:56, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Mixed Drinks

[edit]

Hello again, Churba. I thought I would point out the new to-do list for the Mixed Drinks WikiProject. If you ever wonder how you might help (or if you are ever really bored), take a look at the list and see if there is something you feel like helping with. We can always use the help. Cheers! --Willscrlt (Talk·Cntrb) 14:31, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. Philvarner and I have various thoughts on how to restructure the entire mixed drinks and bartending section of Wikipedia, and that also squarely ties in with WikiBooks. Some of these are pretty sweeping changes. You have expressed an interest in our WikiProject, and this would be a great opportunity to learn more about the project and get a little involved.

I realize that you may feel a bit intimidated or shy about diving into the middle of such important discussions. You might even feel that you are too new to make any decisions. Don't believe that for a moment. You have a brain (and a pretty good one based on your editing skills), and you have ideas, and you should have no fear expressing them among friends. And I, for one, am your friend there. So please speak up. Don't be shy.

Please visit the Restructure Section to read, discuss, and hopefully help plan these important changes. Thank you. --Willscrlt (Talk·Cntrb) 11:36, 11 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duct Tape

[edit]

Hi, just wondering if you could revisit Talk:Duct_Tape to look at the Australian labelling issue again. I don't want to keep getting changes removed, so any assistance you could give in getting accurate, well-sourced information for that section would be very useful. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
