This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Also, Wikipedia is not a CV - everything after Personal life needs to be trimmed way down to highlight only the most prominent of his activities; ideally they should be incorporated into prose ("In 2022, Shein published Book X, in which blah blah blah. It was reviewed by critics as blah blah blah", or something like that).

Potential policy issues

Hello,

There's a few potential policy things that need to be clarified or addressed when it comes to this account:

Who has access to this account? The userpage claims the account belongs to a David Schein, but also claims the account is being used by an intern. Wikipedia does not permit role accounts or account sharing.
The account's username is not compliant with our username policy. It gives the impression that the account represents an organization, not an individual. Please select a more appropriate username.
Our conflict of interest guideline strongly discourages writing about oneself or one's employer.

Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page.

Concern regarding Draft:David Schein
