A review of your edits

Conor, I've been looking through a few of your edits and have found a pattern that I thought I'd bring up with you.

First, you cannot use the image of an actor playing a part in a film/show in the infobox for the actor. For instance, the image of Samantha Bond which was a screen capture of one of the Bond films. That image can't be used in the infobox in the article for the actress. You can think of it as a picture of the character and not the actor. For the infobox, you'd need a picture of the actor. You've replaced similar images such as that for Penelope Wilton.

Second, when you link to something like The Great Gatsby but you want the link to go to the film, then the link should look like this: ''[[The Great Gatsby (2013 film)|]]'' which will display as The Great Gatsby.

And finally, names of bigger works such as films, books, and television shows should be in italics. So, it would be The Great Gatsby or Doctor Who. Names of "smaller" works, such as songs or episodes should be in "double quotes". Examples of that would be "The Star Spangled Banner" or "Blink".

However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Sally Phillips, may fail our non-free image policy. Hi Conor MacLeod. As Dismas and Nymf mentioned above, you need to be careful about adding non-free images to articles. Not every image you see on Wikipedia has been freely licensed. Certain images are considered to be protected by copyright and therefore the way they may be used is limited. Each usage of a non-free image is required to satisfy all 10 of the non-free content criteria (NFCC) listed at WP:NFCCP and not be any of the uses mentioned in WP:NFC#Unacceptable use. Files such as File:Second Best poster.jpg (which you added to Penelope Wilton) and File:Parents cast.jpg (which you added to Sally Phillips) do not satisfy the NFCC and thus should not be used in those articles. It's a good idea to check licensing of any image who want to add to an article before actually adding it. Just click on the image and you will go to its file page. If the image is freely licensed, then you may use it as long as the usage complies with WP:IUP and there is a consensus to do so. If the image is non-free, and you're not sure whether its usage will satisfy the NFCC, you should probably ask about it at WP:MCQ. Using non-free content can be a bit tricky and mistakes are made all the time, even by long-term editors. However, other editors are only willing to assume good faith for so long, so continuing to inappropriately add such images to articles might be seen as disruptive and could lead to you being blocked by an administrator per WP:COPYVIO#Addressing contributors. ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
