Welcome to Wikipedia! Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, your recent edits to the Carrie (1976 film) plot summary/synopsis do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You are welcome to use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 02:04, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making changes to plot summaries/synopses that conflict with the plot summary edit guides, as you did at Carrie (1976 film). You may wish to review the specific guidelines for films, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. Excessive detail and high word counts should be avoided. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 02:28, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bewitched changes

[edit]

Dear sir or madam, Although your changes to the List of Bewitched episodes are in good faith, many are unnecessary and some are simply incorrect. For example, Diane Murphy played Tabitha in many early episodes, though not exclusively. In any case your changes are removing valid information and putting in false information. In another example, you suggest a wood nymph is "mortal" which is simply not the case. Some other changes are a question of style regarding episode summaries. Though anyone is welcome to edit, I suggest you discuss proposed changes on the talk page of the article first. I have reverted your recent changes, but have included the correction of the misspelling of "Jonathan." Thank you for seeing that mistake. Sincerely, Njsustain (talk) 07:29, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Bewitched episodes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Lost Weekend. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
