I edited your Hector Bellerin page but I just wanted to warn that they will delete it because he is not notable enough! 41.206.159.59 (talk) 07:55, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. The article Hector Bellerin Moruno has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Player fails WP:GNG and WP:ATHLETE.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. JSRant Away 23:18, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
Hector Bellerin Moruno
[edit]The player is not notable. Just because he is known within Barcelona and Arsenal circles doesn't make him notable enough to earn a Wikipedia article. He fails WP:GNG because he does not get consistent news coverage from different and reliable media and he fails WP:ATHLETE because he hasn't made a professional appearance. I see that you have removed the PROD, so I will now AfD the article. I will send you the link, so you can make your argument. — JSRant Away 20:11, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
- Because if a non-notable player like Hector Bellerin Moruno gets an article when he doesn't deserve one at the moment, then every user will claim their non-notable player deserves an article. BTW, here the discussion. — JSRant Away 20:25, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
- I don't think you understand the meaning of reliable news coverage. Search in the News section of Google for Hector Bellerin Moruno and you get nothing. Even a regular Google Search gives you trivial information — JSRant Away 20:31, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
- None of those articles have anything to do with Bellerin other than the one you inserted on my talk page and that article hardly makes him deserving of an article. I have things to do, so I'm done with trying to explain this to you. If you are content with keeping the article on the Wikipedia main-space, go to the discussion page and say you want to Keep and explain why. Later. — JSRant Away 20:42, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Some helpful hints
[edit]Hi, I have added a list of links with a welcome template at the top of your page which may help you understand some of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The first few links under the policies and guidelines section are all worth a read, but perhaps of particular note with regard to "Hector Bellerin Moruno" would be WP:N (notability) or more specifically WP:NSPORTS (subject specific notability guidelines for sports people). Hopefully this is helpful to you. Also maybe worthwhile looking at the first few under the community heading to avoid possible conflicts that will never resolve the issues. Welcome and happy editing. --ClubOranjeT 06:16, 19 October 2011 (UTC)

, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. The Bushranger One ping only 18:17, 5 February 2012 (UTC)- Repeatedly adding tags for long-closed AfDs to articles is disruptive editing at best and disrupting Wikipedia to make a point at worst. Please do not do this; please edit constructively when your block is over. Thanks. - The Bushranger One ping only 18:18, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
