Adding more welcome, nice to meet you. Did you know that all capital letters are considered "shouting" here, so you may want to reconsider your user name. We do use them for what is called "shortcuts", short ways to reach an article, such as WP:BRD, which - simplified - means to never revert a revert but discuss the matter on the article talk. Edit warring

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
