Hi. I understand the point you're making, but the editor using lowercase is doing nothing wrong. Wikipedia has an extensive style guide that, like the encyclopedia, has been developed over time by many contributors. instead, use: Realtor

Wikipedia's use of trademarked names in encyclopediaic articles is standard practise and is not infringing any trademarks or copyrights, so there's nothing to "avoid". Copyright issues are not case-sensitive, and apply regardless of capitalization.

Like all wiki pages the style guidelines are not fixed, but they reflect consensus, and most experienced editors will follow them where necessary. If you feel a guideline should be changed, then you are welcome to bring up the issue on the discussion page, in this case Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (trademarks). You stated that "if the articles is deleted I'll create it again". I just wanted to let you know that trying to recreate the Jun (musician) article would be very unwise. I want to say this in English since I'm not fluent with Spanish and I don't want to make any errors. I think it might be helpful if Cyrus XIII and you take a short break (a few days to a week) from editing the Japan X article and its related articles so that some neutral parties can have a go at it. This would help remedy some of the back-and-forth editing and establish the article from a detached standpoint, and it would allow Cyrus XIII and you to cool down. I've found that during disputes, it's harder for me to see the article as a whole during a dispute, but if some neutral participants (people who provided outside opinions and people from related WikiProjects) were to work on the articles, it would be easier for them since they're less involved. Cyrus XIII has said that he'd be willing to take a break from it for a week or so; would you be willing to do this as well? ShadowHalo 02:46, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

Well, this is really difficult to explain but I will, I'll do it here instead of Visual Kei talk if you want you or I can translate this into the talk. First of all, stop adding the New York Times article, it contains some errors, for example about visual kei:

It's my opinion or he's saying that visual kei is a musical genre, he talks about the music and he says "pioneering its own genre", really visual kei is a genre? You have also said that visual kei it's not a genre and due to this you deleted some stuff at the main article, so we have the first error, he don't know what's visual kei, then equivalent to glam rock... ehem... compare:

Also, visual vs. VK is an unnecessary distinction. No one active in the scene considers there to be a difference, and if VK is gothic only, how do you explain Haruhiko Ash claiming Eve of Destiny was not VK? No way do I buy that Mana created VK, either. I'd be surprised if he ever said that, and if he did, I bet it was to market his EGL stuff. There's just as much documentable evidence for gothic influence from the UK New Romantics as there are from Japanese bands. I've got Fool's Mates from 1984 that are entirely UK-focused. Also, if you want to say is Visual and not VK, how do you explain Luna Sea, who were definitely VK, and on the same label as X Japan? It's basically fan nonsense that claims Mana started VK, and it's the same fan nonsense that claims X Japan started visual. I do not see any need for such a page. Most of the information you have listed is already covered by existing articles in some form, solo efforts of certain members do not have anything to do with X Japan's mark in pop culture, all the cover versions could be easily added to the respective single/album articles and a few entries in the list (like the restaurant) raise notability and verifiability concerns. - Cyrus XIII 22:25, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
