Post-rejection edits

Your post-rejection edits are not enough to justify resubmitting your draft. The Rejection (not a Declined) stated that it is very unlikely this person meets Wikipedia's notability. As important, your writing style does not comply with Wikipedia's style. As important, much of what you added as citations are not considered reliable sources.
