[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Oingo Boingo into The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:18, 24 November 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Sundown Adventureland
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sundown Adventureland requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Sundown Adventureland moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Sundown Adventureland, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Wicker Man (roller coaster), did not appear constructive and has been reverted. RCDB and Amusement Today list the designer as "Skyline Design" not "Skyline Attractions" that you keep changing it to. Other changes were unnecessary, and in some cases, not an improvement. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our policies and guidelines and read WP:BOLD for an explanation of how to handle situations in which your proposed change was reverted. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. GoneIn60 (talk) 01:35, 2 March 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Although your contribution attempts are appreciated, some of your recent edits to The Smiler appears to contain original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. I strongly suggest that you discuss your massive change proposal on the article's talk page. There are more subtle and succinct ways to accomplish what you're trying to do, and this can be discussed in more detail there. Thank you. GoneIn60 (talk) 07:55, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
Outside the Gate
[edit]Wikipedia has to relate facts in a chronological way and be balanced in their sources. We are trying to build an encyclopedia here, wikipedia is not a place for hagiography. Woovee (talk) 15:28, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
Woovee I'm not quite sure what you're referring to. My edits to Outside The Gate (months back) were trying to rebalance the article as you say. The content that you recently removed wasn't written by me, I just added a few sources and clarified some parts to balance what was already there. You've kept most the summary anyway but just simplified it, which I also agree with, so I don't think there's any issue.--Detachio (talk) 17:29, 7 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Only a Lad. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 12:37, 5 November 2022 (UTC)

Duel Alton Towers / The Curse at Alton Manor
[edit]Just wondering why you made a separate page for The Curse at Alton Manor. If Haunted House and Duel share a page, then why is the curse separate? They’re all the same ride with 2 separate refurbishments, just unsure as to why one deserves its own page and the other doesn’t. 78.86.165.199 (talk) 10:40, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
