Please update the access dates & other citation information[edit]
Please update the access dates & other information when you replace a URL in a citation. Peaceray (talk) 18:27, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
Spam/non-relevant links[edit]
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. --Deeday-UK (talk) 19:38, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
Disambiguation pages[edit]
Each entry in a disambiguation page should have one and only one blue link, so I've reverted your changes to Tent (disambiguation) as they all went against WP:MOSDAB. There's a lot to learn about editing Wikipedia but it's an interesting journey. Happy editing! PamD 12:16, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
Dead links[edit]
Please stop trying to help the encyclopedia by fixing dead links until you know your way around a little better. You have removed a "dead link" notification, added URLs with an "access date" which can't be right, and generally messed up several references. If you have found a good viable link which you have verified as supporting all the information which the previous dead link was supporting, then add it to the article (better to add it as an additional link rather than remove the dead link, in case of any problem). Please slow down. Continuing this editing pattern could be cosidered "disruptive editing" ande lead to you being blocked. Thanks. PamD 12:24, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
Please stop promoting 'The Outdoor Geeks' website and stop being deceitful with your edit summaries[edit]
Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Deeday-UK (talk) 19:58, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
