Okay, I think you have enough here for an article. However, there are two issues with the article still. The first is minor, and that's the use of Wikipedia article as a reference. The appropriate use of Wikipedia articles is to link to them. That needs to be corrected. The bigger issue is that the second half of the article is largely unsourced, which makes this look like original research, which is kind of verboten on Wikipedia. Get the sourcing together and ping me and I'll take another look.

Speedy deletion nomination of Submer[edit]

A tag has been placed on Submer, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia.
