Hi -- I have left your edits to the lead of the article in place, but I'm afraid I felt it necessary to remove the section you added. Commercial web sites are not acceptable sources, and frankly the material looks to me like a tricky way of getting some advertising into the article. However, if you can come up with a reputable academic or medical source for the statements, I have no objection in principle to them. Regards, Looie496 (talk) 16:58, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looie496, I basically agree with your analysis. I plan to do some further research, and then give it another try. Thanks for the comments. I tried to short-circuit what should have been a lengthier process. Best, DrD001 (talk) 08:55, 26 October 2010 (UTC)drD001[reply]

For the same reason mentioned above in regards to the Panic Attack article, I have removed much of your additions to the Test Anxiety article. Commercial web sites are not acceptable sources and original research is not allowed. I've explained in further detail at Talk:Test_anxiety. Five- (talk) 16:46, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Westside Test Anxiety Scale

[edit]

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 00:37, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Westside Test Anxiety Scale is a 10 item instrument used to measure test impairment caused by high anxiety. The scale assesses the "worry" and "dread" component and "blanking"and "freezing" components of anxiety, but not the over arousal component. Change measures are used to validate the scale, and anxiety reduction on the Westside scale has accounted for as much as 20% of the changes in objective tests [1]. In progress.

Please discuss edits to the article about the book A Troublesome Inheritance on the article talk page

[edit]

Hi, DrD001,

I'm quite amazed that you are inserting content in the article A Troublesome Inheritance that first of all looks like you haven't read the book nor more than one review of it, and second is not written in a tone or manner appropriate for an encyclopedia. Please discuss your proposed edits on the article talk page before committing them to article space. -- WeijiBaikeBianji (talk, how I edit) 19:25, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
