It's not been genuinely scrutinised, i hereby contest that only factual educational, noticable achievements, and birth date and country of residence had been added and no infringement of U5 has taken place and the page be rescrutisined and restored!!!

Minor edits could have been suggested if any word was objectionable, though author claims ignorance and hereby gives the undertaking that all information submitted has been true to the best of my knowledge and belief and written in bonafide faith Dr Adv cherry Kushwaha (talk) 15:33, 31 May 2023 (UTC)

Respectables, the issue is sensitive, as firstly in comman usage wikipedia used to be a platform for searching for any keywords and finding getting facts or profiles with history in india....

Now as it has been taken over by some full time wikipedians to earn some badges or just ethnicity differences, and reference or citation, in research work, studies or as evidence is prohibited here...

Simply because the author isn't liable himself or herself for his own words which are forcibly distorted...

In recent times lots of hatred has been spread and banning of apps and sites across different nations have taken turn...

I have also mentioned about the sensitivity issue related to sc/St community, and the surname "kushwaha" popping up on searching my profile on google...

If any wikipedia official managerial personal is there, kindly refer the concern

Long standing history of South Asian discrimination at global platforms

Wikipedia has never been for "any keywords", but for articles about notable people, organisations and so on. (Please click on the "notable" link to see how it's defined here.) Your insults about full time wikipedians to earn some badges are noted, but the rest of that sentence is simply incomprehensible to me, perhaps fortunately, as I would expect anything involving "ethnicities" to be even more offensive. I've no idea what "sc/St community" is, sorry. Please don't use all caps, as that corresponds to shouting, which will do you no good. If you think phrasing such as forever Asia's real super women awardee and Besides holding plethora of titles, is the honorary brand ambassador and face of many popular brands, who charged nothing in monetary term on your userpage was not promotional, I guess you and Wikipedia differ in the matter. You have been blocked as being here only for self-promotion (besides only your minor and erroneous grammar changes, which have been reverted) and not to help build an encyclopedia. Oh, it seems a big understanding, the awa Rd of received was not indeed a real super women for some daring acts ( which i didn't mention) and as advocates here are unpaid offic officers of court, we are bound by legal services authorities act and only c ertain activities are allowed to be persued along with that...the the same reason for writing free promotion was that it was being done under the "scheme of ngo" it was more like a clarification...still my apologies for the misunderstanding Dr Adv cherry Kushwaha (talk) 03:25, 1 June 2023 (UTC)

It's alright sir if you want wish to keep me blocked but yes and administrator or authority as per our laws here has to adhere certain norms in organizations, specially voluntary... we have some interpretational issues here owing to different standards, maybe due to cultural and legal differences, i would myself refrain from edits,i would have otherwise honestly restricted myself to correct commas and full stops in edit to not create issue or distort any meanings Dr Adv cherry Kushwaha (talk) 03:41, 1 June 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for becoming more civil after being blocked and learning I'm an administrator. However, civility towards all users is important here. I can't see that you have shown your userpage wasn't promotional. What you wrote on it is also quite hard to understand — why, for instance, did you call yourself sometimes "I" and sometimes various obscure third-person terms there? (Especially calling yourself "the diversified knowledgeable" - what??). I can't even guess what "founder of jural and justice" referred to. Might I suggest that you would be more successful in the Wikipedia of your first language? As for restricting yourself to correcting commas and the like, I'm afraid your attempts to do so here, here and here have been unsuccessful; I had to revert them. I'm sorry.

Respectables i am genuinely exasperated, explaining myself, and but I'll still try jural and justice is a legal organization, i founded it, i am part but it connects lawyers across India as motto so i can't write owner, to be non offensive to them secondly as for the usage of third person, i didn't know i could use it as a blog, i thought anyone had the right to add or edit it... as for rest you guys have already make my customer rankings go from 243 to 100 something on Google, howsoever it's related, i understand I dont have the freedom to explain or write anything even in bonafide belief, i could just have been told to rectify... but since you guys can choose to harrass and bully....its not my place... Findings resolution for cultural interpretation

One of the foremost barriers in comprehending cross cultural intentions and practicing, could be the interpretational issues, if we delve deeper into rules of grammer, same things reflect completely different meaning in some cultures, it's a courtesy of law or act of giving respect while in others, it's offensive eg waving hands, loud claps are disliked and bowing is a preferred salutation, in different countries... let's try to comprehend the differences and help narrow down the cultural barriers, respecting each nations practices, though it's perfectly okay to agree to disagree, it's always preferable to be tolerant... let's build some practices to make social media platforms more friendly for participation of all cultures so that all international treaties are respected and we give our bit to make world a global village in true sense Dr Adv cherry Kushwaha (talk) 04:06, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
