Notability of Vodka Party[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Vodka Party, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Vodka Party seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Vodka Party, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Comment[edit]

I can sense a bit of frustration about the potential AfDs for a number of articles that you have created. My suggestions are that the article on Tom Lyngcoln maybe be better served if it was incorporated into a new article on The Nation Blue, as you seem to have found a number of independent verifiable references to the band, which you have used in the article on Lyngcoln. In respect to Sea Scouts and Baseball if you can find some verifiable references to their national/ international touring then that would go a long way to satisfying criteria #4 of WP:Music and establishing the notability of the repsective bands. Once the notability of these bands are established this would enable you to successfully argue that Monika Fikerle is notable as she is/has been a member of two or more notable bands. The article on Tom Pope should then either be incorporated into Sea Scouts and Ruins or you could wait until a determination is made on Sea Scouts and try and argue that as a member of two notable bands the article should be retained, I would suggest you go with the first option rather than the later. Notice

The file File:KK Null of Zeni Geva live at Taku Taku Kyoto 2009.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 19 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
