You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Infinite Computer Solutions requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and providing your reasons for contesting on the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

You may want to read the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies. AndrewHowse (talk) 16:18, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Infinite Computer Solutions

[edit]

Your beliefs do not match wikipedia's rules. Rabbabodrool (talk) 17:32, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sanjay Govil requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you.  Thorncrag  16:54, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]
Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Please read the following carefully.

Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, celebrity or other well-known individual, or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. The edits may have violated one or more of our rules on spamming, which include: adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements, and using Wikipedia for promotion. Wikipedia has many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, but such groups are generally discouraged from using Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours, that appear to represent an organization or group rather than an individual, are disallowed under our username policy.

Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?

Probably not. See WP:FAQ/Organizations for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. Also, review the conflict of interest guidance to see the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, organization, or clients. If this does not fit in with your goals, then you will not be allowed to edit again. Consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.

What can I do now?

You are still welcome to write about something other than your company, organization, or clients. If you do intend to make useful contributions on some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

  • Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} on your user talk page.
  • Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
  • Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:30, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Requested username:

Request reason:

I am not creating articles that is propaganda. I have met Mr. Govil and find the both his rise and the rise of Infinite to be a significant achievement. I intent not to only write about Infinite, but other midcap companies that are also important and on the rise. I also intend to add content to many of the technology content pages dealing with telecom where new products and services are being intorduced. I kindly request the removal of this block

Decline reason:

Please reread the template above; even if you agree to a username change, you will still have to convince us that you won't spam about your friends or their companies. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 04:07, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Requested username:

Request reason:

Thanks for your time. I am neither a friend of this person nor a company employee. I have no reason to write propaganda in favor of them. There are many other important people in the company that I am not going to write about. As an Auburn University Grad, I like that fact that someone from my school made it in the business world. I learned about him in one of our Campus Magazines. I really do find that turning $1000 to many millions of dollars in 10 years and then taking it public is a significant accomplishment worth writing about. I commit to not writing about any further topics associated with this company or its employees. I request the removal of my block please.

Decline reason:

The fact that your editing, not only about that person, but about other topics, has seemed to be substantially promotional, combined with the fact that your username is the name of a business-promotion organisation, makes it difficult to take your assurances at face value. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:18, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am a US citizen, therefore Eagle Team is a reference to my American citizenship. I do not see what that has to do with Infinite.

Would you please explain the account Alli440, which suddenly appeared right after you were blocked to defend the article you created at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sanjay Govil? Are you aware of Wikipedia's policy regarding block evasion? ~Amatulić (talk) 00:02, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As an active member of TiE DC, I mentioned to my peers that Mr. Govil's information is nominated for deletion....it is possible that the user name is based on that.
