Your argument that the Wikidata for Isaiah Ogedegbe already points to the Ogedegbe page is not convincing. If the Wikidata is wrong, it can be corrected. But the article you have created about Isaiah Ogedegbe does not yet indicate that he merits inclusion at Wikipedia. If you create a draft, it can be developed and assessed for notability.
