I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. A tag has been placed on File:Targovishte5.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image with an unknown source or an unknown copyright status which has been tagged as such for more than 7 days, and it still lacks the necessary information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:.JPGThe Dimitar Hadzhivasilev State High School of Economics interior19.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:49, 28 August 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 15:49, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Bulgaria Boulevard2.JPG.

Fair use rationale for File:Bulgaria Boulevard30.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Bulgaria Boulevard30.JPG. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Picture galleries[edit]

Hello, I appreciate your desire to improve the articles to which you add numerous photos, but please take into consideration that Wikipedia is NOT an image repository. Feel free to upload encyclopedic photos you have taken yourself to Wikimedia Commons. No more than 2–5 photos are usually needed to illustrate a short article about a building, and we tend to prefer high quality material (your camera seems to produce images of markedly inferior quality than we have available, and the date tags are undesired). Thanks, TodorBozhinov 11:01, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please communicate instead of doing unexplained edits. TodorBozhinov 11:19, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:12, 30 August 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 13:12, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Athens, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. El Greco(talk) 15:12, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sofia[edit]

Would you please stop adding such pictures to the article ? The point of that article is to show the diversity of architecture, not to list landmarks. Not to mention that many of the pictures you add are not good (bad lighting or the object itself is obscured by trees), or that the HQ of a bank is not a landmark. - ☣Tourbillon A ? 15:31, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:969737583192805042612463373634FOwKrBTqAwiJTb8c3tS.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:969737583192805042612463373634FOwKrBTqAwiJTb8c3tS.JPG. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 15:35, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Svnedcv.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Svnedcv.jpg.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 15:49, 2 July 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 15:49, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Image problems[edit]

Please stop uploading images for which you claim fair-use but don't bother to provide the needed information; a copyright tag, a proper source URL (not just a base URL), date of image, author and especially the purpose why we should use a copyright image under fair-use instead of using a free image. If you don't do this the images may be deleted and if you persist you may be blocked for disruptive editing. Thanks for uploading File:969737583192805042612463373634FOwKrBTqAwiJTb8c3tS.JPG.

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Sofia Airport. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 08:00, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
