Request reason:
the block is no longer necessary because I understand what I am blocked for, I will not do it again and I will make productive contributions instead
Decline reason:
I can tell you read the blocking policy at least, but I can't see that you've had enough time (eight minutes) to thoroughly read and understand the other relevant policies. What exactly is it that you understand, and what edits do you plan on making if unblocked early? Hersfold (t/a/c) 22:36, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
I'd like to improve the article about Petar Stojkovik. I spent more than six hors working on it in the office. My name is Joana Siskova and I'm the manager of Cultural and Educational Center "Scena" in Skopje (www.centarscena.com) So, I was a little bit confused why every time I try to update the article corrections it keeps saying it is about to be deleted. Also I want to mention that the article about Petar Stojkovik on wikibin is actually a copy of the previously deleted article about Petar Stojkovik from Wikipedia. The version I'm trying to compose now is an improved one and we have all the rights to publish it. Please allow me to finish my work.
Decline reason:
The article right now may not be a copyright violation, but it's a promotional piece. Writing promotional articles is not "improving". You have shown no indication that you have read our content policies, and therefore this block stands until you have indicated to our satisfaction you have read all our content policies. kurykh 10:02, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Petar Stojkovik, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://wikibin.org/articles/petar-stojkovik.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 17:03, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Petar Stojkovik. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you.--CyberGhostface (talk) 21:40, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --CyberGhostface (talk) 21:49, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --CyberGhostface (talk) 22:02, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
